A great show at LaLiga Promises!

Real Madrid were crowned champions in the 26^th edition of this important U12 tournament held at the PAMESA Cerámica Training Ground

LaLiga Promises, once more, beat all expectations. During the entire tournament, which Villarreal for the fifth consecutive year, put on a great show on the pitch, and there was a great atmosphere, highlighting, above everything else, the great excitement of the young talents from the 20 teams taking part.

Real Madrid beat Barcelona (0-1) in the LaLiga Promises final, which took place at the PAMESA Cerámica Training Ground, after a well-fought game. Despite the defeat, Barça dominated most of the match. However, it was Madrid who took their chances. Sevilla finished third after a victory over Espanyol (2-1).

Furthermore, in recognition of the Yellow Submarine’s hard work, Villarreal’s Hugo López was named in the team of the tournament.

COMPETITION RULES 

The first four teams in each group qualify for the Round of 16. Only four teams were knocked out of the Group Stage.

The matches in the group stage, round of 16, quarter-finals and third-place playoff lasted 12 minutes each half, with a three-minute half-time break.

The semi-finals and and final lasted 20 minutes each half, with a ten-minute half-time break.
