The participating teams enjoyed an impressive opening party at the Estadio de la Cerámica
Villarreal CF held an impressive welcome party this Thursday at the Estadio de la Cerámica to kick off the Yellow Cup Easter 2025. There, all those who will be competing for the title in the different groups from tomorrow gathered to celebrate the inaugural party and enjoy the impressive stadium in person.
The event was divided into two parts, one for the supporters and their families and the other for the teams. The companions arrived at 7pm at Gate 12 of the Estadio de la Cerámica, where they were given a wristband accrediting the event and were given access to the VIP box and the Supertribuna to enjoy an exclusive reception prior to the start of the opening party.
On the other hand, the teams, also scheduled to meet at 7pm, arrived at the square outside the Estadio de la Cerámica, where they were entertained and entertained by music and entertainment for about half an hour before entering the stands of the Estadio de la Cerámica.
Ilias Akhomach kicks off the Yellow Cup Easter 2025
The party kicked off with a parade of all participating teams around the pitch with a flag bearer representing the club. This year, 228 teams from 75 clubs from all over the world will take part in this year’s competition. This is a record number for the largest Yellow Cup Easter in history, with teams from countries such as the United States, Canada, Colombia, Peru, Puerto Rico, Kuwait, Andorra and Romania.
The event will also be held in ten venues in up to four cities in the province: Vila-real (José Manuel Llaneza Training Ground, Pamesa Cerámica Training Ground, CEM Pau Francisco Torres and Fundación Flors), Benicàssim (Torre San Vicente, La Carrerassa and Intursport), Les Alqueries (municipal pitch) and Almassora (José Manuel Pesudo and Les Boqueres).
