The Villarreal CF First Team squad trained on the El Saler beach this morning
The Villarreal CF First Team squad had an alternative training session on the sand at the El Saler beach today. The coaching staff, led by Fran Escribá, planned a session for the players that combined explosive exercises with other more relaxed exercises.
The Yellows will train again tomorrow and do a double session on Friday (9:30am and 6:30pm). The Submarine will return to Vila-real on Friday 21st July after an evening training session and on Saturday 22nd they will face Nàstic de Tarragona on Catalonian soil (8pm CET).
