Villarreal enjoy an unforgettable weekend in Granada despite defeats against Valencia and Cádiz
Villarreal CF travelled to Granada last weekend to take part in the third phase of LALIGA GENUINE MOEVE held at the Ciudad Deportiva of the Andalusian side. The Yellows faced two tough matches against Valencia and Cádiz. On Saturday, Villarreal were beaten 0-3 by the Valencia-based side, while on Sunday the Yellows fell 3-1 against the Andalusian outfit.
The match results did not overshadow what was a truly memorable weekend in the beautiful city of Granada. At the host club’s training facilities, values such as teamwork, respect and tolerance took centre stage both on and off the pitch.
The fourth and final phase of Spain’s most inclusive tournament will be held for the first time at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas (Madrid) on 19th, 20th and 21st June.
