Season-ticket holders will receive an email with details about the procedure and will be able to complete the process until 30th September 2025
Villarreal CF has already started the refund process for those season-ticket holders who released their seats during the 2024/25 season.
Those entitled to receive a refund — if they released their seat and it was subsequently sold — will receive an email with full details about the procedure to follow. If they do not receive this notification, they can contact the club via the Ticket Office email address to resolve the issue: taquillas@villarrealcf.es
The deadline to complete the process is 30th September 2025.
