The Submarine are calling on their fans to sign up for the event, which will take place on 9th February in Castellón
Villarreal CF is taking part in the ‘Marcha Contra el Cáncer’ charity walk. The Yellows are collaborating with this traditional charity event, promoted by the Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer (Spanish Association Against Cancer), which celebrates its ninth edition on Sunday 9th February at 11am in Castellón de la Plana.
In this way, the Submarine encourages all its fans and supporters to take part in the event. Participants can purchase their charity pack for the popular walk for just 10 euros at the AECC association headquarters (Paseo Ribalta, 25-27) from 8am to 6pm, as well as in other establishments in the city: the Jaume I University, El Corte Inglés, Runner’s Home, Suma Fitness Club, Ágora Lledó International English School, Colegio San Cristobal and the International English School of Castellón.
This charity run is organised every year in commemoration of World Cancer Day, which takes place every 4th February. In 2025, the Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer, Villarreal CF’s partner through Endavant Solidaritat and promoter of the race, wants to bring the spotlight on childhood and adolescent cancer.
