Mosquera has underlined that he is enjoying his time with the Submarine
Villarreal CF defender Yerson Mosquera spoke to the media in the press room at the José Manuel Llaneza Training Ground. The young Colombian centre-back analysed the final stretch of the season and the good form he is enjoying at the Yellow Submarine.

Happy with his experience at Villarreal
“The club gives you the ease of feeling welcomed like part of a family. This is fundamental for a person like me, who likes to feel loved by people and when I arrived here I realised that they are a great team and that they have a lot of things to offer me. Here I am growing a lot as a player and as a person and I am very happy.”
The fight for seventh place
“The results of the last few games have not been favourable for us, but in the dressing room we are calm because we know that we have tried our best. We have to think about what’s to come and be ready because there is hope that we can qualify. We are convinced that we can do it. It will be complicated because it doesn’t just depend on us, but we’re going with a winning mentality and what happens will become clear as the games go by”..
His adaptation to LALIGA
“LALIGA gives you the opportunity and the ability to adapt easily. I always try to prepare the best I can, to give 100% and whenever I go out on the pitch I’m convinced that I’m going to do well. Then in some games I’m good, in others I’m worse, but I try to learn something from every game”.
UD Almeria, next target
“The week is coming in which we will prepare for the match. It will be a complicated game because we are playing away. Throughout the week we’ll be preparing for the game we want to play there. We have to focus and work well to be able to get a win there.”
