    Javi Calleja hailed his side’s defensive work against Mallorca

    Villarreal manager Javi Calleja was happy after the hard-fought win over RCD Mallorca (1-0). The head coach hailed his side’s hard work: “We are very happy to get two wins in a row. Against Celta, we had more control and dominated more and today we suffered more. Mallorca played really well and made it hard for us. Defensively, we were very good and we’ve come away with an important win.”
