Cazorla returns to the Spain national team after four years thanks to his great season with Villarreal
A great day not just for him but for the Yellow Submarine too. Villarreal midfielder Santi Cazorla has been called up for the Spain national team ahead of the matches La Roja will face against the Faroe Islands and Sweden, both Euro 2020 qualifiers.
The midfielder from Asturias returned to the Yellows this season after recovering from an injury which nearly caused him to retire from football. He has had a great season, scoring seven goals, which has earned him the return to the Spain national team, four years after his last appearance for his country.
