The Yellows outfit has experienced important growth since the beginning of the season.
The U10s C (Benjamín C) are having a big step forward in their large, but fruitful formation as young footballers. Despite not getting the results they would have wanted, the Yellows outfit is having a splendidly fruitful season where the boys learn and improve with each training session. “This season we are very satisfied with the team’s progression. Their ability to adapt to new situations has satisfied us, as has the boys’ growth. They go into each session with the best attitude and a willingness to learn,” explains Manuel Cheza, one of the four members of the team’s coaching staff.
“The change since the beginning of the season is vast. The players’ individual growth, their adaptation to various systems and fulfilling individual objectives has been very satisfactory. The sum of their individual progress is a plus for the collective,” recognises the Yellows coach, who underlines the side’s union: “They’re a really united group and they have a good time. There aren’t egos. There is a lot of camaraderie and they’re very mature. They understand each player’s role and everyone is very committed.”
Finally, Cheza underlined the importance that the youngsters have fun playing their favourite sport, other than just learning: “All the boys have to come here to have fun and learn. If not, there’s no sense in them being here. For us, as a coaching team, we try and make them understand and enjoy what they’re doing. At the end of the day, they go to school for a lot of hours to learn. Here, we also want them to acquire new concepts, but always through fun and through sport.”
The following players make up the team: Héctor Carmona, Marc Soler, Manolo Rubert, Óscar Martínez, Pascual Girona, Sebastián Gabriel, Pablo Sainz de Baranda, Xavi Sanjuán, Alexandru Mihai, Ferran Barreda, Carlos Arnau, Ioan Nicolás and Jordi Aldana.
