The Villarreal Manager analyses Olympique Leon, upcoming rivals in the Europa League
The Villarreal CF Manager, Javi Calleja, analysed today’s Europa League draw that took place in Nyon, Switzerland and pitted the Submarine against Olympique Lyon in the UEFA Europa League Round of 32. “They are one of the hardest opponents that we could have drawn. Olympique Lyon is a great team with fantastic individual talent. They play a very nice style of football”, Calleja commented.
The Yellows boss has every confidence in his side’s chances: “If you want to go far in a competition like the Europa League you have to beat big teams, as is the case with Olympique Lyon. We’ll face the tie with confidence”.
