Villarreal CF will take on the local rival on 30th July at 7pm in Alcoi
The first of Villarreal CF’s seven preseason friendly matches has been confirmed. The Yellows will take on Levante UD on Sunday 30th July at the El Collao de Alcoi ground. The Submarine will get back to work, after their holidays, on Monday 10th July. That morning the suqad’s first training session of the season will take place at the Villarreal CF Training Ground (Ciudad Deportiva). In the days before, from Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th July, the footballers will undergo the routine start of the season medical checks.
The Submarine already has preseason planned, which will combine training sessions at the Villarreal CF Training Ground with a stay at the El Saler (Valencia) facilities from 16th to 21st July.
During preseason, Villarreal CF will play seven matches. The first of those has already been confirmed and will take place on Sunday 30th July, at 7pm CET, against Levante UD at the El Collao de Alcoi ground. With opponents still to be confirmed, the dates of the preseason matches are 15th, 22nd, 26th and 30th July, and 2nd, 6th and 12th August.
