The Villarreal captain advocates intensity over setting “long term goals”
Villarreal CF centre midfielder, Bruno Soriano, emphasized how much ambition the Yellow Submarine has ahead of the final stretch of the LaLiga Santander season: “The team is eager to play the remaining matches”. However, the captain said it’s best not to set long term goals but take it “game by game”: “We musn’t be obsessed, our only aim should be to win the next match”.
Furthermore, Villarreal CF’s centre midfielder recognized that receiving the Merit of Sport badge last Saturday from the Castellón Council was very special for him: “It was really nice to be recognized and I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy and share it with my family”.
