Today ‘Club Waterpolo Castelló’ has joined Villarreal CF’s successful project
Starting today, ‘Endavant Esports’ adds ‘Club Waterpolo Castelló’ to its ranks. The initiative to help teams and individual athletes from the Castellón province started more than a decade ago with athlete Pablo Herrera after the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. Over the years, the initiative has not stopped adding new faces to the ‘Endavant Esports’ project and has benefited thousands of athletes. And now, ‘Club Waterpolo Castelló’ joins the team.
The club also wants to emphasize that the help it provides for the many individual athletes and clubs is not exclusively economical, as facilities and health care are also offered.
The ‘Club Waterpolo Castelló’ (waterpolo club) was founded in 1992 and had its first success in the 1995/96 season after winning the ‘Copa de la Generalitat’. In 2007, after a new swimming pool was built in Castellón, the first Ladies waterpolo team was created. Thus, the number of club members doubled. Slowly but surely the club grew to be represented in all competitions and age groups. This season, the ‘Club Waterpolo Castelló’ wants to keep growing and achieving big results.
