Villarreal CF continue to extend their help to clubs and athletes for the 2016/17 season
‘Endavant Esports’ continues to extend its reach. On this occasion Vicente Arzo, paralympic triathlete, joins the project. Villarreal CF has not stopped helping clubs and individual athletes thanks to its corporate brand, which started more than a decade ago with Pablo Herrera, after the Athens Olympic Games. The support provided by the Yellows benefits thousands of athletes. Now, Vicente Arzo joins the ‘Endavant Esports’ team.
It should also be mentioned that the help provided by Villarreal CF for all its athletes and clubs is not exclusively economical, but also sporting, providing facilities and health care.
Vicente Arzo’s beginnings were swimming, where he achieved several awards, but in 2000 he decided to change sports and practice athletics in a wheelchair. Just five years later, in 2005, and after suffering several injuries from this sport, he decided to dedicate himself to paralympic cycling.
This last sport is the one he has been most successful in. The three sports together allow Arzo to participate in the paralympic triathlon, in which he currently competes. Vicente Arzo has participated in the Athens 2000 and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
Many more clubs and athletes will start to form a part of the ‘Endavant Esports’ programme in the coming days. To find out more about Vicente Arzo you can go to his official website.
Welcome to ‘Endavant Esports’!
