Villarreal CF continues to incorporate new clubs and individual athletes to the project
Castellón swimmer, Lidón Muñoz, is now part of the ‘Endavant Esports’ project. Villarreal CF continue to support teams and individual athletes from the province so they can keep working hard to achieve their goals. All this is possible thanks to ‘Endavant Esports’. The collaboration project started twelve years ago, with Grao, Castellón born beach volleyball player Pablo Herrera, and from then on it has not stopped growing. Currently, thousands of athletes are benefiting from this assistance. And Lidón Muñoz is now a part of the group. It should also be mentioned that the help provided by Villarreal CF for all its athletes and clubs is not exclusively economical, but also sporting, providing facilities and health care.
Lidón Muñoz started swimming at four years old at the ‘CN Castalia Castellón’ swimming school, where she stayed until the 2011/12 season. After leaving Castellón, she transferred to the ‘Centro de Alto Rendimiento de Sant Cugat del Vallés’ (Sant Cugat del Vallés High Performance Centre) in Barcelona to continue her progress and be able to combine her swimming with studying medicine. Since 2012 she has been a part of the ‘Club Esportiu Mediterrani’ swimming club. Throughout her career she has set several national records and finished first and second at the Spanish championships.
Many more clubs and athletes will start to form a part of the ‘Endavant Esports’ programme in the coming days. Watch this space.
Welcome to ‘Endavant Esports’!
