The club approves its 22/23 accounts and gives the go-ahead for the 23/24 budget
Villarreal CF held its Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting today at the José Manuel Llaneza Training Ground, with 98.82% of the club’s share capital in attendance, at which the following was agreed:
Approval of the annual accounts of the company, comprising the balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, the annual report and the management report for the year ended 30th June 2023, as well as the application of the positive result obtained, amounting to 3,606,042.20 euros.
The budget for the 23/24 season is approved, comprising an estimated income of 143,657,000 euros and expenditure of 143,657,000 euros, with an expected profit of 0 euros.
