The club has approved its accounts for the 2020/21 season, and gives the green light to its budget for the 2021/22 season
This afternoon, the Annual General Meeting of Villarreal CF Shareholders took place at the Villarreal CF Training Ground, with the attendance of 98.83% of the club’s share capital, where the following was agreed:
The entity’s annual accounts were approved, including the balance sheet, the profit and loss accounts, the statement and the management report of the activity which finished on 30th June 2021, as well as applying the results obtained of a loss of €14,205,294.40€.
The budget for the 2021/22 season was approved, with an estimated revenue of €138,775,000.00 and expected expenses of €138,773,000.00, with an expected profits of €2,000.00.
The board also agreed to re-elect the following members for a term of five years:
