The club is one of the sponsors of the tournament held for the Castellón Down Syndrome Foundation
A few days ago the IX edition of the Golf Tournament for the Castellón Down Syndrome Foundation was celebrated at the ‘Club de Campo Mediterráneo’. Villarreal, as part of the Endavant Solidaritat initiative, participated in the event as one of 18 sponsors (one for each hole) for another year. Of course, all profit will go entirely to the Foundation.
The objective of this tournament is to raise funds for the maintenance and optimization of the psychoeducational services that the Foundation offers to people with Down Syndrome and/or intellectual disabilities, in the Castellón Province.
The players at the ‘Club de Campo del Mediterráneo’ had a maginificent day of sport and solidarity, once again supporting the event, which has become a prime location on the tournament schedule carried out in the province.
