Álex Baena and Rodrigo Robles face each other in the fun set-piece challenge
The Yellows Academy ‘Free-kick Challenge’ is back! The fun set-piece challenge has evolved throughout the last few years within the Yellows Academy programme, which is shown each Wednesday on Televisión de Castellón Mediterráneo (8:15pm Spanish time).
The game involves taking shots from the edge of the area with the aim of getting the ball in the top corner (ten points) or the bottom corner (five points). Whoever gets the most points wins. Throughout the season, the league table will be updated with points from each challenge, and the champion will be crowned.
In the second edition of this season, U19s A (Juvenil A) players Álex Baena and Rodrigo Robles face each other, trying to beat Villarreal C’s Juan Agüero, who is the current leader. Will they do it? Who will win? To find out, click on the video tab.
El juego consiste en lanzar faltas en la frontal del área con el objetivo de colocar el balón en la escuadra (10 puntos) o junto a la base del poste (5 puntos). Lógicamente, quien más puntos sume gana. A lo largo de la temporada se irá actualizando la clasificación con los puntos conseguidos entre todos los retos realizados por los canteranos y se coronará al campeón.
