Fernando Roig and Federico Michavila presented their agreement at the Entrelíneas Restaurant
Torrrecid is now, officially, one of the main sponsors of the Estadio de la Cerámica, together with PAMESA, PORCELANOSA and ARGENTA CERÁMICA. In addition, it should be mentioned that TAU CERÁMICA, BESTILE, ESMALGLASS-ITACA and COLOROBBIA are the stadium’s Official Sponsors. The presentation event was celebrated at the Entrelíneas Restaurant at the Estadio de la Cerámica with both the Villarreal CF President, Fernando Roig, and the Grupo Torrecid President, Federico Michavila, the directors of both entities, in attendance.
Torrecid is a Globalized Multinational Business group dedicated to providing products, services, solutions and future trends to the Ceramic and Glass sectors. The Torrecid Group is present in 28 countries and has customers in more than 122 countries, with its Central Headquarters in l’Alcora.
Fernando Roig praised Torrecid’s decision to join the project: “Torrecid is a cermaic loving company and we thank them for their collaboration. Villarreal is a very important vehicle in promoting the ceramic industry all over the world. We are putting a great image out there and I believe this agreement with Torrecid is going to be good for everyone”.
According to the Villarreal CF President, the project looks to the future with ambition: “The project continues. We are in talks with the City Council to expand the Main Stand (Tribuna) and the VIP zone. We will also take advantage to remodel this part of the stadium. I’m sure that many other companies will want to join to this project in the future”.
Federico Michavila: “It is a current, innovative project with a great future”
For his part, the Grupo Torrecid President, Federico Michavila, was proud of the agreement reached: “Grupo Torrecid is proud to participate in the groundbreaking Estadio de la Cerámica project. An innovative company has to bet strong and this is why we support Villarreal, Vila-real and the whole province. The repercussion is going to be huge”.
Federico Michavila is optimistic about the future: “It is a current, innovative project with a great future. Fernando Roig had a great idea. It has not been easy to carry it forward, but now it is a great reality. I’m sure that other clubs are going to realize the advantages of the ceramic industry”.
