The Submarine will start the season against Real Valladolid

LaLiga has confirmed the LaLiga calendar today and Villarreal now know their opponents

Villarreal now know their calendar for the 2022/23 LaLiga season after the draw made today by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. The Submarine will start the league season at the Nuevo José Zorrilla against Real Valladolid on the weekend of 12^th to 14^th August. The first match at the Estadio Ciutat de Valencia will take place on the weekend of 2^nd to 4^th September against Elche CF.

Unai Emery’s men will finish the stadium at a new-look Estadio de la Cerámica against Atlético de Madrid. Matchday 38 will take place on the weekend of 2^nd to 4^th June 2023.
