The goalkeeper will attend the event organised by the Vila-real Town Council and Conquistando Escalones this Friday
Pepe Reina will attend the ‘Vila-real for science and innovation: research as a cure for millions’ conference, organised by Vila-real Town Council with the collaboration of the Conquistando Escalones charity, which will be held this Friday 27th October at the Auditori Municipal in Vila-real.
This charity event, which will take place from 9am to 2pm, will feature the voices of Álex Roca, a leading figure in disabled sports, with cerebral palsy and a Guinness World Record; and Juan Carlos Unzué, ex-footballer and ex-coach diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). Several medical professionals and specialists in therapies and research linked to neuromuscular diseases will also take part.
Through Endavant Solidaritat, Villarreal promotes and collaborates with this solidarity congress and with Conquistando Escalones, a non-profit association created by those affected, family members and friends of those affected by LGMD-1F type limb-girdle muscular dystrophy.
To attend the charity congress, you must register online through the Conquistando Escalones website, leaving your details and making a small contribution to this non-profit association born in Vila-real.
