Ricardo Agulleiro’s passion for Villarreal CF is one of the most loyal and enduring. Aged 99, the illustrious Yellows fan has accompanied the Submarine in the club’s various milestones and achievements. Agulleiro accompanied and filmed Villarreal in their historic promotion to the Second Division in 1969/70 season.

Due to the club’s centenary, Villarreal CF have created the Historical Archive, a project that aims to collect all sorts of material linked to the club, to remember and enjoy different eras from the Submarine’s history once more.
This in an initiative, that in the club’s centenary year, will stay around and has a mission to reclaim our roots and strengthen the foundations of the club going forward. To do so, Villarreal CF has invited its fans to donate or loan photos, videos, objects or documents that could be useful for such a quality historical archive.
Fans can contact the club to take part in the initiative by filling in the online form, by phone (+34 964 500 250) or by going to the Town Centre store (Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 3pm and from 5pm to 8pm).
