The Senegalese striker’s team-mates have congratulated him after winning the Africa Cup of Nations
Villarreal CF players used today’s training session to congratulate team-mate Boulaye Dia for winning the Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal. Today was the first training session for the Yellows No.16 with his team-mates, after he arrived back in Spain yesterday from the continental competition.
Recognition in the build-up to Real Madrid
The club and the fans will also recognise Dia’s achievements in the build-up to this Saturday’s match against Real Madrid at the Estadio de la Cerámica. Before kick-off, Marcos Senna will give a ceramic boot to the Senegalese striker, who will share his Africa Cup of Nations medal with the fans.
