The Yellows winger will represent the ‘Green Eagles’ in two official matches against Sierra Leone
Villarreal CF midfielder Samu Chukwueze has been called up for the Nigeria national team to play in two qualifying matches for the African Cup of Nations against Sierra Leone. The games will be played on 13th and 17th November at the Obge Stadium in Benin City, Nigeria and at the National Stadium in Sierra Leone, respectively.
The Nigeria national team leads their group in the African Cup of Nations qualifying phase, having won both of their first two games. The ‘Green Eagles’ are in Group L with Benin, Lesotho and Sierra Leone.
Samu Chukwueze will play the following games with the Nigeria national team:
- Friday 13th November: Nigeria vs Sierra Leone, Ogbe Stadium, Benin City (Nigeria).
- Tuesday 17th November: Sierra Leone vs Nigeria, National Stadium (Sierra Leone).
