The club approves the 2021/22 accounts and the budget for 2022/23
Villarreal CF SAD held its Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting today at the Training Ground, with 98.82% of the club’s share capital in attendance, at which the following was agreed:
The entity’s annual accounts were approved, comprising the balance sheet, the profit and loss accounts, the annual report and the management report for the year which ended on 30th June 2022, as well as applying the results obtained of a loss of €742,936.62.
The budget for the 2022/23 season was also approved, with an estimated revenue of €133,606,000.00 and expected expenses of €133,506,000.00, with an expected profits of €0.00.
