Benicarló receives the Europa League trophy

Residents at the town in the Baix Maestrat can visit the cup this Thursday and Friday at the MUCBE

The Europa League trophy is now in Benicarló! The mayor, Xaro Miralles, and the sports councillor, Fernando Jovaní, welcomed the European trophy today at the MUCBE (C/ de la Pau, 2, Benicarló), where it will be on show this Thursday 8^th July from 12 to 2pm and 5 to 8pm, and Friday 9^th July from 9am to 2pm and 5 to 7pm.

Yellows fans in Benicarló can take the chance to the get their photo with the prestigious continental trophy won by Villarreal CF on 26^th May in Gdansk, Poland.

The trophy will do a complete tour of the province of Castellón

Winning the UEFA Europa League is a historic achievement for Villarreal CF. To share it with the whole province, the club has decided to take the trophy to more than 30 cities, towns and villages across the province of Castellón so that people can get a photo with this important continental title.
