The event will take place on Saturday 30th January and can be followed live on BIOPARC Valencia’s official Facebook and Instagram profiles

The Valencian charity AUPA (Adopta Un Perro Abandonado – Adopt An Abandoned Dog) will celebrate on Saturday 30th January its 17th abandoned dog parade, in collaboration with BIOPARC Valencia, with the aim of showing dogs that can find a new family to adopt them.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the traditional parade will take place virtually, and can be followed on social media, on BIOPARC Valencia’s official Facebook page at 10am CET and its official Instagram page, from 10:30am CET. Both can be found at @bioparcvalencia.

AUPA is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to caring for dogs in kennels and organising their adoptions. They work in the north of the province of Valencia. Those interested in adopting a dog only need to get in contact with AUPA by calling +34 638 376 586 or visiting their website www.adoptaunperroabandonado.es.

In recent years, AUPA and the Yellows Academy have formed a great relationship through the Endavant Igualtat initiative. Traditionally, before the pandemic, Yellows youngsters would parade with the homeless dogs each year, being alongside them in such an important moment for their future.
