Villarreal defender Álvaro González says the match against Atlético Madrid must be a a turning point in the bad run of results the Yellow Submarine is currently experiencing. “It isn’t the first time that we find ourselves in a difficult situation and we have always been able to come out the other side stronger. I believe we should have got more points from games like the ones against Real Valladolid and Real Sociedad,” he explains.
