Villarreal president, Fernando Roig, has underlined the club’s support for sport in Castellón
Villarreal president, Fernando Roig, has underlined the club’s support and backing for sport in the province of Castellón: “Villarreal has spent more than a decade collaborating with the impetus of sport in the province of Castellón, supporting clubs, competitions and elite sports stars as part of our social commitment beyond football.”
The Yellows president explained what the Endavant Esports initiative is about, how it was been in place for 14 years and currently reaches thousands of people throughout Castellón: “This project consists of economic and sporting support. The club gives more than 850,000€ every season to provincial sport. What’s more, it makes its medical services available for clubs and athletes.”
Finally, the president hailed the great work of the provincial clubs and athletes and underlined the commitment to this project in the future: “You make the province of Castellón and Villarreal CF proud. We are going to continue supporting this project hard, with the aim of collaborating with all of you so you can carry on your sporting success representing the province.”
