The Spain national women’s field hockey team has received the Endavant prize for Collective Sporting Merit 2018
The Spain national women’s field hockey team has been recognised by Villarreal with the Endavant prize for Collective Sporting Merit 2018 at the Endavant Esports Gala, which took place this evening at the Paranimf at the Jaume I University (UJI) in Castellón. Villarreal captains Bruno Soriano, Mario Gaspar and Jaime Costa personally handed out this award to the Spanish champions.
The Yellows wanted to give a prize to the ‘RedSticks’ for their recent success at the Hockey World Cup, getting a medal for the first time in their history on the world stage. They beat Australia in the third-place play-off, getting onto the podium in London!
