The team coached by Mario Bárcena arrives at this Saturday’s game in good form after two consecutive wins against Albacete Balompié (4-2) and Patacona (0-1), respectively.
They now host Ranero, a Murcian side who lost their last league game against group leaders Levante UD (1-5) and occupy 11th place in the standings with 15 points. Villarreal, sixth with 24 points, will be looking for a win to stay in the top half of the table.
