Villarreal Veterans (AEV Villarreal) face their first final. The team of former palyers will face FC Cartagena this Saturday, at 12pm CEST, on Pitch 5 at the José Manuel Llaneza Training Ground.
This important duel corresponds to the final of the ‘Zona Levante’ of the Charity Tournament of the Spanish Federation of Veteran Footballers’ Associations (FEAFV). With admission to the match completely free of charge, Yellows fans have a fantastic opportunity to once again enjoy some of Villarreal CF’s legends. Players such as Bruno Soriano, Unai Vergara, Héctor Font, Pere Martí, Javi Venta, César Arzo and Moisés have already confirmed their presence at the match.
The match, like the tournament, is of a charitable nature and the aim is to collect non-perishable food to benefit Caritas, Joventut Antoniana and Sant Vicente de Paul.
In addition, Villarreal Veterans have qualified to play in the final phase of the FEAFV charity tournament, which will be held in Las Rozas from 7th October.
