The club, within the Villarreal Academy project, will return to Australia once more
Villarreal CF is returning to Australia. Through the Villarreal Academy project, the club will carry out two separate clinics in Melbourne. The first will take place from the 23rd to 27th September in the Kingston Heath Sport Complex in Cheltenham. The second will be from 30th September to 4th October at the Elite Football Training Facilities in Maribyrnong. UEFA-licensed Yellows coaches will travel to Melbourne to carry out the clinics under the club’s methodology.
This is not the first time that the Yellows will carry out a clinic in Melbourne, after a successful one was held there last April. Some of the players who impressed during the clinic will come to Vila-real in October to undergo a unique experience where they will take part in Yellows Academy training sessions, as well as going to a LaLiga game and getting a tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica and the club’s training facilities.
