Villarreal CF and Mislata Unión de Fútbol have renewed their youth collaboration agreement, which will see the Valencian side continue to form part of the club’s affiliate youth teams during the current 2019/20 season.

The act of renewing the collaboration, which took place at the Villarreal CF Training Ground (Ciudad Deportiva), was attended by Yellows vice-president José Manuel Llaneza and José Asensio, Mislata UF president. Furthermore, Mislata mayor Carlos Bielsa and sports councillor Toni Arenas were also present.

Mislata Unión de Fútbol is one of the most important youth football schools in the province of Valencia. It has 27 teams and around 500 registered players, backing the formation of young talents.

Villarreal CF has a collaboration agreement with various international and national clubs with regards to the forming of players and coaches. Many of these youngsters who start at those clubs are now completely integrated into the Yellows Academy.
