Villarreal CF has reached a collaboration agreement with EasyCoach to implement their sports management software for clubs throughout the entire youth academy structure.
EasyCoach is a sports management software with a state-of-the-art design for football clubs. It allows the club to efficiently supervise all sporting operations and also helps to educate players, ing them with the club’s philosophy and encouraging their development as experienced professionals.
Youth football scouting coordinator, David Karg, assessed the benefits of its use: “With the help of EasyCoach, the club’s scouting department will improve its organization. The platform facilitates the tracking of players, data analysis and strategic decision making on a sporting level.”
Additionally, Karg pointed out that the software will “simplify task management and provide more integral insight into potential talents.” Easy Coach will also modernise and speed up the process of scouting and will provide a valuable tool for the identification and development of talent.
On a general level, those responsible for the areas involved in this project believe that this collaboration will provide a jump in the quality of the structure of recruitment, which pursues the excellence and guarantees development of young talented players.
