The Submarine academy in Sweden has successfully hosted its first camp
Newly-formed Villarreal Halland academy had its first camp in Halmstad, Sweden. The fun-filled three days were well-attended and saw children from the Scandinavian country train under the Yellows methodology.
The event, which was part of the official inauguration of Villarreal CF’s new partner academy in Sweden, under the Villarreal Academy brand, was attended by the Villarreal CF coaches, Alejandro Sanahuja and Alejandro Márquez, who visited the facilities and helped the local coaches with the Yellow participants.
It should be noted that two players from the camp, Malte Persson and Avdi Dogani, were chosen to visit the Villarreal CF facilities at the end of November. During their time in Spain, they will take part in the ‘Player Training Week’ Program, which will give them the opportunity to participate in the Yellows Academy training at the Villarreal CF Training Ground (Ciudad Deportiva).
