The trio formed by Marc, Nacho and Bueno wins the Yellow title and will play in the final of the ‘Trofeu Jo Sóc’
The Trofeo Villarreal CF crowned its champions yesterday after an exciting final held in the Vila-real Trinquet. There, the trio formed by Marc, Nacho and Bueno beat Genovés II, Raúl and Tomàs 60-35. After this important victory, the winners of the Yellow tournament will play in the final of the ‘Trofeu Jo Sóc’ against the winners of the Levante UD-110 anniversary tournament.
The Vila-real Trinque also hosted the game for third and fourth place for the trios that were unsuccessful in the semifinal round. The pilotaris Puchol II, Héctor and Héctor II beat J. Salvador, Javi and Álvaro 60-35.
The ‘Trofeu Jo Sóc’ winner, which will see the Yellow champions face the Levante winner, will be decided in a two-legged tie. The first game will be played in the Vila-real Trinquet on the weekend of 6th to 8th December, while the second leg is scheduled for Saturday 14th December at the Pelayo Trinquet. The champion will be the team that wins both games. In the event of a tie, regardless of the result, a third match will be played, making it a best of three, which would take place on 14th December in the Valencia Trinquet.
