The give blood campaign at the Estadio de la Cerámica was once more a success
Villarreal fans have once more helped the community by taking part in a blood donation campaign this Friday at the Estdaio de la Cerámica, an initiative organised by the Yellows and the Comunidad Valenciana Tranfusion Centre (Centre de Tranfusió de la Comunitat Valenciana – CTCV).
Furthermore, Villarreal’s women’s first team players Naiara Ves, Clara Martínez and Nazaret Segura, as well as Marcos Senna, Institutional Relations Department member, went to the Preferencia stand to thank in person Yellows fans for taking part in the campaign and gift them two tickets for one of the upcoming ties at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
Roberto Roig, the Head Doctor at the CTCV, and the general manager for the Castellón branch of the CTCV, Virginia Callao, were both in attendance too.
This campaign has been running for 19 years, with more than 8,600 donations taking part since the 2001/02 season. The initiative, within the Endavant Solidaritat, has been supported by Frost-trol, official sponsor of Villarreal CF.
