The Villarreal C player will play a friendly against Norway on 23 February in Las Rozas
Great news for the Yellows Academy! Once again, Villarreal’s academy products are present in the youth teams of the Spanish National Team. Midfielder Rodri Alonso has been called up to the national team’s U19 squad to form part of the list of 22 players who will face Norway in a friendly match next Wednesday, 23rd February, at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas.
It is worth remembering that Rodri Alonso had already been included in previous call-ups along with other groguets players such as Álex Jiménez, Marcos Sánchez and Jorge Pascual, who made his debut in the previous call-up in Alfaz del Pi.
