Hugo Novoa Ramos (Bertamiráns, 24 January 2003) is a right wing-back with a lot of attacking threat. The young Galician player has joined Villarreal B on loan from RB Leipzig. He previously spent time on loan at FC Utrecht and FC Basel. He is an U21 international with Spain.
