La Rojita beat Romania (1-0) thanks to the participation of both Yellows
Villarreal’s Pablo Fornals and Alfonso Pedraza’s took part in Spain’s victory over Romania yesterday, which saw the national side win 1-0 thanks to a Mikel Merino goal.
Fornals was named in the starting XI by Luis de la Fuente, playing 67 minutes, while Pedraza came off the bench in the 78th minute, replacing Mikel Oyarzabal.
The U21s will play their second fixture of the international break on Monday, against Austria.
Samu Chukwueze made his debut for the Nigerian Olympic team on Wednesday as they fell to a 2-0 defeat to Libya.

Spain U21s (Fornals and Pedraza):
- Thursday, 21st March: Spain 1-0 Romania at Los Cármenes, Granada.
- Monday, 25th March: Spain vs Austria at the Nuevo Mirador, Algeciras (6:45pm CET).
Nigeria Olympic Team (Chukwueze):
- Wednesday, 20th March: Libya 2-0 Nigeria in Tunisia.
- Monday, 25th March: Nigeria vs Libya in Asaba.
