Villarreal’s Francis Coquelin underwent surgery on Tuesday by Dr. Sonnery Cottet on a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in Lyon (France) under the supervision of Villarreal’s medical team.
It should be remembered that the French player was injured during the match against FC Barcelona, corresponding to Gameweek 21 of LaLiga Santander, played at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
