The midfielder has reached the 100-game mark with the Yellows after the match against Real Valladolid

Dani Parejo is now a Villarreal CF centenarian. The midfielder reached 100 games with the Submarine during this Saturday’s game against Real Valladolid at the Estadio José Zorrilla.

Parejo, who joined Villarreal in the 2020/21 season, has played a total of 70 matches in LaLiga, 12 in the UEFA Champions League, 12 in the UEFA Europa League and six in the Copa del Rey.

Parejo joins the club of Yellows centenarians

The Submarine’s No.10 joins the select club of players from the current squad who have played more than 100 matches for Villarreal. The other Yellows to do so are Manu Trigueros (425), Gerard Moreno (213), Samu Chukwueze (158), Alfonso Pedraza (136), Pau Torres (135), Pepe Reina (132) and Raúl Albiol (129).
