More than 135 players took part at the Estadio Municipal Noulas Antonio Pérez
Nules enjoyed the 3v3 ‘Copa Endavant’ yesterday! The town Castellón hosted this fun tournament yesterday, Wednesday 29th March, in the afternoon at the Estadio Municipal Noulas Antonio Pérez. The competition, organised by Villarreal CF, celebrates the club’s centenary throughout the province of Castellón. To date, it has already been held in the towns of Segorbe, Almassora, Benicàssim and Nules.
The sporting competition, part of the ‘Centenari Groguet’ Tour initiative, was attended by more than 135 participants, among the 39 teams in the two participating categories. The winners were Hugo (Groc) and El Trío Calavera (Blau), who sealed their place in the final, which will be held on 10th June on the Estadio de la Cerámica pitch. In addition, all the players received a special t-shirt for the tournament, as well as a backpack with a welcome pack.
At the medal ceremony, the Submarine’s ambassador, Marcos Senna, and Gabriel Torres, Nules sports councillor, were present.
Villarreal CF also brought the UEFA Europa League trophy to Nules, a title won in 2021 against Manchester United in Gdansk (Poland).
