The winger will have the chance to make his debut for the Super Eagles against South Africa and Uganda
The Nigerian winger Samu Chukwueze has been called up by the senior Nigeria national team. The Villarreal B footballer will have the chance to debut for the Super Eagles during the next round of international fixtures. Nigeria will face South Africa on 17th November in a qualifying match for the Africa Cup of Nations, and will play Uganda on 20th November in a friendly.
The call from Nigeria underlines the great season the 19-year-old winger is having with Villarreal B, scoring twice for them last weekend in the 2-1 win over Atlético Baleares.
The Yellows footballer will be involved with the following matches with Nigeria (time and date in Spain):
- Saturday, 17th November: South Africa vs Nigeria, 2pm, Soccer City, Johannesburg (South Africa).
- Tuesday, 20th November: Nigeria vs Uganda, Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba (Nigeria). Time TBC.
