The Villarreal B manager warns that beating the Catalan side won’t be easy (Sunday, 12pm CET)
Miguel Álvarez is wary. The Villarreal B managed has warned about the dangers of the next opponents for the Mini Submarine (12pm CET), despite Prat being last in Segunda División B Group 3. “Prat dominate at home, although it’s been hard for them to get good results recently. They’re a team that work well and we’ll have to adapt quickly and control their wing game. From set pieces, they are also very dangerous.”
Villarreal B have won twice in a row in the league, and will try and continue their good form to move up the table. For Álvarez, 2019 has been positive, and he’s optimistic ahead of 2020: “I’m very happy with what the team has done in 2020. It’s true that in terms of performance, we’ve had a few teething issues, but we’re competing well with very young players. I hope to continue enjoying 2020 with this team.”
