The defender has suffered a muscle tear in his left thigh
Medical tests carried out this week have confirmed that Villarreal defender Rubén Paña has suffered a muscle tear in his left thigh. The defender picked up the injury last Sunday during the match against SD Huesca, on Matchday 1 of the 2020/21 LaLiga season.
The time he is out injured will depend on the player’s recovery.
