The Villarreal CF representatives win the Legend Award and the Best Coach in Group 7 of the División de Honor
Marcos Senna, Villarreal CF’s institutional representative, won the ‘Legend’ award for his brilliant career at the Golsmedia 2023 awards gala, which was held on Thursday 15th February at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas. Also, David Cifuentes ‘Cifu’, current assistant coach of Villarreal B, was voted best head coach of the 22/23 División de Honor Group 7 for his great work as coach of the U19s (Juvenil A).
The Golsmedia Awards are a series of prizes offered annually by the media outlet specialising in regional football. In this way, through the votes of internet users, the best players in the main categories of national football are chosen, as well as coaches, clubs and personalities from the world of football for their career.
